This activity was not based on my advice to the Korea side. Until now, EM has shown remarkable effects in the control of viruses such as avian influenza and foot-and-mouth disease, and has been voluntarily implemented. Forty years after EM was first developed, its safety and versatility have been recognized by the world.

Viruses are ubiquitous in nature and in the human body. Their activities are continually changing depending on the level of pollution of the environment and the human body. If the environment is purified and people’s immunity is strengthened, they are naturally inactivated.

On the other hand, by purifying the environment and living space with EM, washing food materials with EM, fermenting fruit peels, etc., into fermented foods, or adding EM･X GOLD to all cooking, we can expect an even more healthy life.

In the United States, Pro EM･1 for human consumption has been on the market for more than ten years and can be purchased through Amazon. Similarly, an EM product for human consumption is commercially available in Germany. This month, in Indonesia, the Ministry of Food and Health has also actively cooperated and started selling Pro EM・1 for drinking. From the perspective of EM, various concrete measures can be taken based on the results so far, but it is difficult to use it publicly in government and medical institutions because each has its own opinions and assertions. That said, anyone can get EM and increase and use it at their own risk, so it’s important to focus on living an EM-centered life basd on the EM usage methods described in the previous issue.

To increase population of EM, use sugars and natural salts (0.5-1%) that are all used as food. Adding salt is also effective in preventing EM degradation and replenishing minerals.

The quickest method is to add lactic acid bacteria and EM･X GOLD to milk, then make homemade yogurt using a yogurt maker etc., add an appropriate amount of sugar such as honey and brown sugar, and eat it before a meal or as a dessert after a meal.
