Kitanakagusuku village appointed EM Research Organization as the company in charge of “creating the village of health and welfare, based on agriculture” project, which is a regional revitalization project designated by the Cabinet Office.

EMRO was the first corporation in Okinawa prefecture to be appointed, and the 7th in the country. The recognition ceremony took place on January 5th, 2021. Mr. Shin Higa, our president, stated “we would like to utilize EM Technology in various aspects of this project, and will contribute to achieving the higher goals.”

The village and EMRO already launched a recycling yard collaboratively to recycle the waste wood and the kitchen waste from the area. In addition, a biogas plant, children’s farms,  greenhouses, etc. will be built in the village.
