An EM fermented bath is available in Ibaraki Prefecture to detox and cleanse your body.

Mr. Kazuhiro Iwai is the developer of the first enzyme bath applying EM Technology.
A fervor fan of EM Technolgy, Mr. Iwai said that everything starts 23 years ago when a friend, who was managing an enzyme bath, asked him on how to contorl bad odors generated in the bath.
He suggested him to use EM and, at the same time, he has a breakthrough thinking that it would be good to make an enzyme bath using EM Technology.
He thought that “It could kill two birds with one stone”; solve odor problems while using fermented materials with EM for bathing.

In 2013, He opened the “Ferment Bathing Spa Iwai” with his family in Inashiki city, Ibaraki prefecture.
They mix sawdust and rice bran fermented with EM ceramics powder for used as a dry hot sand bath.
The sawdust comes from a famous aromatic Japanese cypress and mixed with EM Ceramics powder and EM Bokashi oil, which is manufactured by our partner in Indonesia extracting an especial oil from 315 variety of herbs.
The fermented sawdust has a temperature of approximately 60C to 70C (feeling temperature of 42C to 43C) thank to the work of microbes.
Guests lay on the fermented bath and the staff covers all the body with the help of a scopeand the keep them buried in the bath for 30 minutes.
Mr. Iwai says that body is detoxed and cleansed with the elimination of bodily waste.
