PetSano GmbH is a company for EM Bokashi production working in joint business with EM Schweiz AG, our partner in Switzerland.They produce approximately 100 tons of EM Bokashi and 20 tons of bokashi feed for pets per year.
EM Schweiz AG with the collaboration of specialists such as veterinarians, has developed the perfect nutritional feed for dogs and cats.
PetSano GmbH produce Carbon Futter, a supplement with biochar, and also feed in pellets for dogs and cats.
The staff in charge at PetSano GmbH is also the owner of alpakaaktiv, a family company that dedicates to offer working skills and healing therapy for young people with mental or physical disabilities.
So, alpakaaktiv owns a farm with alpacas for therapy and also for training people on fields of agriculture.
Participants enrolled in alpakaaktiv training courses also learn how to make EM Bokashi and work at the factory of PetSano GmbH.
EM Application
The Carbon Futter is made of EM･1, mixed with wheat bran, charcoal, molasses, herbs, linseed, minerals, barley flakes, wheat flakes and corn flakes.They put the dry ingredients into a mixing blender machine and mix them by dripping a solution of EM･1 and molases.
The final product is packaged and storaged in a special room at a temperature of 35 degree for 4 weeks to complete the fermentation process.
As for the special feed for dogs and cats, they mix cereals such as barley, wheat, oat, corn and millet flakes, with beet, potatoes flakes, rapeseed oil, minerals and EM fermented dry chicken meat.
The mix blender machine makes the mixture into pellets that are dry in a special room.
